Policies

Please read all policies before booking any appointments.

Please reschedule if you feel sick or have been around someone sick before your appointment. If you come to your appointment sick, you will be asked to leave. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. The amount of deposit you pay depends on the appointment you are booking. Appointments can only be rescheduled ONCE to keep your deposit. If you reschedule a second time, your appointment will be cancelled, and your deposit will be forfeited.


Please let me know 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel. Your deposit will be forfeited if you cancel less than 24 hours in advance. Please do not bring additional guests with you to your appointment.

All new clients MUST book a consultation before booking any with service me. Your appointment will be cancelled if you are a new client and book a service without a consultation.

At Loc Me Out, we understand that sometimes circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or
reschedule your hair appointment. We value our client's time and strive to provide exceptional service to
each individual. To ensure fairness to both our clients and our stylists, we have established the following cancellation policy:


Cancellation Notice:
We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of appointments. This
allows us to accommodate other clients who may be on our waiting list and enables our stylists to manage their schedules effectively.


Late Cancellation:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment in less than 24 hours, you will have to book a new
appointment, and your deposit will be forfeited. This policy is in place to compensate our stylists for their
time and ensures we can continue providing quality service to our clients.


No-Show Policy:
In the event of a no-show, where you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without any prior
notice, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the service(s) booked. No-shows result in lost time

for our stylists and prevent other clients from utilizing that appointment slot.

Late Arrival:
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes cause delays. However, if you arrive more

than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule your service. This ensures that our
stylists can provide the
same level of attention and care to all our clients throughout the day.


Cancellation and Rescheduling Options:
To cancel or reschedule an appointment, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible or use the

our best to accommodate your request and find a suitable alternative that works for both parties.
